1. Services Provided

PNW Best Solutions provides professional appliance repair, diagnostics, maintenance, and installation services for residential and light commercial equipment. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Refrigerators & freezers

  • Washers & dryers

  • Dishwashers

  • Ovens, stoves, cooktops

  • Microwaves & garbage disposals

2. Service Call & Diagnostic Fee

  • A non-refundable diagnostic fee is charged for each service visit.

  • This fee covers travel, inspection, and troubleshooting.

  • If the repair is approved, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total repair cost.

3. Estimates & Authorization

  • After diagnosis, a clear repair estimate will be provided.

  • No work will be performed without customer approval.

  • By approving the estimate, the customer authorizes PNW Best Solutions to proceed with repairs and charges.

4. Parts & Labor

  • We use OEM, aftermarket, or refurbished parts depending on availability and customer preference.

  • Repair timeframes may vary depending on parts availability.

  • Labor costs are based on the complexity of the repair.

5. Warranty

  • Labor Warranty: 60 days

  • Parts Warranty: Provided by manufacturer (varies by part)

Warranty covers only the specific repair performed and does NOT include:

  • Unrelated component failures

  • Improper use or lack of maintenance

  • Power surges, water damage, or external factors

  • Repairs or modifications by third parties

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods may include: cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and other electronic payments.

  • Failure to pay may result in additional fees or collection actions.

7. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the appliance

  • Ensure utilities (water, gas, electricity) are available

  • Secure pets and ensure a safe working environment

  • Provide accurate information about the issue

9. Limitation of Liability

PNW Best Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or hidden defects

  • Food loss or spoilage

  • Water leaks or secondary damage not caused by negligence

  • Any indirect or incidental damages

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.

10. No Guarantee of Repair

  • Some appliances may be non-repairable or not cost-effective to repair

  • In such cases, diagnostic services will still be charged

11. Return Visits & Callbacks

  • If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will return at no additional labor charge

  • New or unrelated issues require a new service call

12. Installation Disclaimer

  • PNW Best Solutions is not responsible for manufacturer defects or improper prior installations

  • Customer is responsible for ensuring correct appliance specifications and compatibility

13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe or hazardous

  • There is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

  • The appliance presents excessive risk or liability

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.

15. Changes to Terms

PNW Best Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
